Sikara uses USPS ground shipping (5-7 business days) for all orders within the Continental US and charges a flat $6.50.  Express shipping (3-4 business days) is available for an extra charge of $16.

Sikara uses FedEx for all international shipments and the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes. If you are interested in a product and need it shipped internationally, then please send an email to info@sikarajewelry.com stating the product name and price.

At Sikara & Co., we adore our creations and hope that you will feel the same. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase (we've also experienced buyers’ remorse a time or two!), you may send unworn merchandise in resalable condition back to us within 25 days of shipment date for an exchange or merchandise credit. Sale items cannot be returned. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.

Please complete the following:

1. In order to obtain a Return Authorization #, email the following information to: returns@sikarajewelry.com

b. Order Number
c. Indicate if the item(s) are RETURN or REPAIR

2. Please package the item in a padded secure enclosure.

3. Be sure to Insure your package! This is very very important, we cannot issue you a credit if your package is lost in transit.

In the event that your Sikara jewelry becomes damaged under reasonable circumstances we would gladly repair the piece free of charge within 60 days of the shipping date. After that, a small materials and shipping fee may apply In order to have a piece repaired please email repairs@sikarajewelry.com to obtain a Repair Authorization #. Once you receive the response email please follow the steps outlined in our "Return Policy" (FAQ -> Return Policy), be sure to indicate "Repair" on your return form. Please ship in a padded container and insure the item since Sikara & Co. is not responsible repairing items that we do not receive.

Many of the items are unique and often produced in limited editions. If the piece you request is out of stock, we will contact you regarding a back order or suggest a comparable piece. If an item is back-ordered, you will not be charged until it is ready for shipping. You will not be charged shipping for the back ordered items if sent separately.
